Using LinkBuddy
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for providing accurate information when it is needed. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
LinkBuddy may offer content produced with automated systems. Such content can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to content shown elsewhere. It is for general use and entertainment and should not be relied on for important health, legal, financial, or safety decisions. You are responsible for how you use it.
We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. The service, including its software, design, and materials, belongs to us or our licensors. Your right to use it does not transfer ownership of those materials.
Content you provide
You remain responsible for the messages, files, and other material you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it, including any necessary permission from people it depicts or describes. Do not submit content involving minors or content that violates another person's rights.
You keep the rights you have in your content. You allow us and our service providers to store, process, display, and use it as reasonably needed to operate, personalize, secure, and improve LinkBuddy, respond to reports, and comply with law. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
Content generated through the service may not be unique or protected by intellectual property law. You may use content made available to your account for lawful personal purposes, subject to any rights belonging to us or others. Review it before sharing or relying on it.
Fair and lawful use
Do not use LinkBuddy to break the law, harm or exploit anyone, infringe rights, create deceptive material about a real person without permission, or interfere with the service. Attempts to gain unauthorized access, evade safety controls, abuse accounts or payment systems, or distribute malicious content are also prohibited.
We may review reports and take proportionate action, including restricting content or account access, when we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or action is needed to protect users, the service, or others. You may contact support if you believe an action was made in error.
If you believe content in the service infringes your rights, contact us with enough information to identify the content and your claim. We may ask for further details and take action where appropriate.
Purchases
Some parts of LinkBuddy may require payment. Before you buy, the purchase screen will show the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, and included access. A subscription may renew until canceled. For purchases through the App Store or Google Play, you can manage or cancel the subscription through that store. Deleting your LinkBuddy account does not itself cancel an active subscription. Refunds and purchase disputes are subject to applicable law and the relevant store's rules.
Digital credits or similar in-service items, if offered, are for use within LinkBuddy. They are not cash and cannot be transferred or redeemed outside the service unless we expressly say otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party services
LinkBuddy may rely on services provided by others, including sign-in, AI processing, and app stores. Their own terms may apply to your use of those services. You must follow the usage rules of the store where you obtained the app. LinkBuddy remains responsible for its own obligations to you.
Availability and ending use
We may update the service or change its features. We aim to keep it available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that any particular content or feature will remain available. We will give notice of material changes where required by law.
You may stop using LinkBuddy and request account deletion through the available account controls. We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms, misuse, or a significant safety or legal concern. Obligations that arose before closure, including payment obligations and rights relating to content, may continue where applicable.
Responsibility and disputes
The service is provided with reasonable care, but automated content and third-party services may have errors or interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that the service will always meet your expectations or that every output will be accurate. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law; these terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
If you have a concern, contact us so we can try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to consumer protections that cannot be waived where you live. If we cannot resolve a dispute, it may be brought before the courts of Hong Kong, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. These Terms do not require arbitration.
Updates and contact
We may revise these terms and will make the current version available. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where required. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them, where the law permits.
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
