How to remove your LinkBuddy account and understand what happens next.
Choose how to start
Both options request permanent account deletion. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you.
01 In LinkBuddy
Use account settings
Sign in to the account you want to remove, then follow this path:
Settings → Account → Delete account
Read the confirmation, enter DELETE in uppercase, and confirm. This action cannot be undone.
02 Without the app
Request by email
If you cannot sign in or use the in-app control, email us from the address linked to your account if possible. Tell us that you want to delete your LinkBuddy account.
Request account deletionOr write to [email protected]. We may ask you to verify ownership. Do not include passwords or sensitive account details.
What happens to your data
Deleting your account ends access to LinkBuddy and removes the personal content associated with it, including chats, memories, preferences, and media. We may retain limited purchase, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records where needed or required. Backups may take a limited period to expire. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it through that store's subscription settings to stop future renewals.
